New and registered Ergonomic Café products purchased from The Posture Store are covered for 5 years. Within 14 days of purchase simply email us at warranty@ergonomiccafe.com with the subject WARRANTY.

2. The product name

3. Date of purchase

4. Name of supplier and copy of The Posture Store receipt

5. The products unique serial number. The serial number will be on a small label located on the product starting with the letters SN.
